You Won’t Believe the New Vegan Products Hitting Shelves This Year

From peta.org

At Natural Products Expo—one of the largest trade shows in the world—companies unveil their newest products and innovations. Some brands launched revolutionary inventions, while others perfected existing foods, but all of these vegan products made this year’s event a showstopper. Here are just some of the new items that are sure to shake up grocery store shelves and restaurant menus.

Egg-Free Innovations

With egg prices soaring, bird flu spreading, and consumers wanting to stop exploiting chickens, it’s no wonder so many incredible egg-free products are in this year’s line-up.

Crafty Counter WunderEggs

WunderEgg’s hard-boiled and deviled eggs were already a fan favorite, but its new eggless salad is asking to be your next lunch.

Eat Just

With a new formula that makes scrambles and omelettes fluffier than ever, Just Egg is worth its weight in gold. Eat Just also served a sneak peek of its new plant-based chicken to a few lucky expo attendees. We (and chickens everywhere) are SO READY!

Yo Egg

Yo Egg added an egg patty to its impressive range of poached and sunny-side-up vegan eggs.

Sustainable Dairy-Free Milks

Vegan milk has existed for decades, but these brands are still improving on a tried-and-true beverage.

Eclipse

We love Eclipse’s ice cream, so this new whole-milk venture is a pleasant surprise.

Milkadamia
Low-waste innovation is here! Milkadamia’s oat milk sheets are dissolvable—perfect for travel, camping, or on-the-go lattes.

Violife

You already love Violife’s cheese and butter, so get ready to stock up on all three flavours of its new sweet cream: Boldly Original, Tempting Vanilla, and Seductive Caramel.

Lifesaving and Flesh-Free Meat

We can always get behind steak, seafood, and meat snacks that don’t hurt animals.

Beyond Meat

Beyond Meat describes its new Beyond Steak Filet as a “whole-cut plant-based steak that mirrors the texture, flavour, and experience of a premium USDA steak filet while also offering a better-for-you, more sustainable choice.” I’m sure cows everywhere are rejoicing at this option.

Konscious Foods

We’ve seen Konscious Foods sushi rolls in the freezer aisle for a while, and now, vegan snow crab cakes and smoked salmon join its sea animal–friendly range.

Before the Butcher

Ready for a bold, meaty bite reminiscent of gas station snacks? Snap into Before the Butcher’s vegan pepperoni sticks.

Sweet Treats and Snacks

We can’t forget about dessert! Try these dairy-, butter-, and egg-free treats that don’t hurt cows or chickens.

Unlimeat

Unlimeat’s new K-Vegan Dessert line will make you feel like you’re in Seoul. We loved the warm Cinnamon Hotteok.

Whoa Dough

This allergen-friendly Brownie Batter Cookie Dough is perfect for bringing to potlucks since it’s nut-free, gluten-free, vegan, and tastes out of this world.

Abe’s Muffins

For kids with (or without!) allergies, Abe’s new sheet cakes are a game changer.

These product launches prove that 2025 is an excellent year for animal-friendly food. Are you ready for the vegan revolution?
