After several years of perfecting their pourable vegan pancake and waffle batter, Follow Your Heart is finally debuting their new product—Rocket Cakes! The out-of-this-world breakfast mix is made with organic, gluten-free grains, and vegan cane sugar. Rocket Cakes was developed in partnership with the sisters behind vegan company Spork Foods. The name Rocket Cakes embodies a quick, blast-off breakfast with minimal cleanup—just squeeze, cook, and enjoy.
The allergy-friendly batter will soon be found at Fresh Thyme Markets across the Midwest with additional distribution planned for the next few months. The novel, ready-to-use product is in a world of its own and store positioning is yet to be determined.
