Carnival
Eat well while cruising with Carnival! This cruise line implemented new vegan dining room menus fleetwide in 2023. For apps, try the plant-based Hawaiian Salmon Poke with edamame, mango, and cucumber. Or go for the Stuffed Mushrooms or Spaghetti Carbonara. We’re looking at the Eggplant Cutlet a la Parmigiana for mains with the Dutch Double Chocolate Pave as an end-of-meal treat. Build-your-own tacos at Blue Iguana. Or create your own pasta at The Captain’s Pasta Bar. And be sure to check out vegan sushi rolls, Grilled Tofu, and vegan-friendly fried rice at Bonsai Teppanyaki. Chefs at this spot cook the vegan meals first!
